Every person needs inspiration.

The mission of the HRLeader Award is to discover and spotlight the most inspiring personalities in HR—people who care about professionalism, continuous improvement in the field of HR, ethics, and values. People who can serve as role models for all of us. These are the individuals who deserve the HRLeader Award.

To ensure the search for the HRLeader reaches the widest possible HR community, the selection process takes place through voting among HR professionals and managers across Slovakia. Each year, we survey over 2,000 HR specialists, asking them who they find to be the most inspiring figure in the HR field. In the survey, respondents both vote for the HRLeader from among ten nominees and propose HR personalities who inspire them but are missing from that year’s Top 10.

The final Top 10 consists of five finalists with the highest number of votes from the previous year and five HR personalities with the most “missing from the Top 10” mentions in the current survey.

Eligibility to vote: Only HR professionals currently working in an HR role in Slovakia can participate.

Voting process:
– Voting is possible only via the official online form, access to which is granted upon request.
– Requests must be submitted by email to the award organizer.
– Only individuals contacting the organizer from their work email address will be granted voting access.
– The email signature must clearly state the voter’s job title.

The award organizer reserves the right to exclude from voting any individuals who:
– Do not work in an HR role. – Do not work in HR in Slovakia.
– Do not use a company email address with an official signature and job title.
– Are found to have violated fair-play rules.
– Vote by any means other than the official voting form.
– Participate after the survey has closed.

The HRTalent award is intended for outstanding personalities among smart young people who work in the field of HR.

It is very important to us that the field of human resources is attractive for smart people, and that young people in the HR world have enough inspiration and motivation. The role model for young HR professionals must not only be top HR managers, but also peers and young talents in this field who demonstrate their professionalism, active approach and passion. That is why we appreciate the most capable young people working in the world of HR.
